So you want to know a little more about me and my little blog? First I am a total foodie. I looooove to eat. When I first stated this blog I did so to share all the yummy food I would make, sometimes healthy and sometimes not. About a year ago, I decided to go clean (no that doesnt mean I started to shower). What does that mean, well you can read about that little journey by clicking on the link at the top. Basically it meant that I stayed away from processed foods. I still maintain clean eating, but I do sneak in the odd treat.
Another thing that I changed, or rather stepped up, was my fitness. I have always been a pretty fit person, running, some training, but then I drank the crossfit kool-aid, and I’ve been hooked ever since. That combined with my clean eating habits, I have completely transformed my life and body. Understand, I was never really over weight, but I wasn’t completely happy either. Now my biggest problem is gaining weight ( hate me yet). What I mean by that is, I am very happy with my new lifestyle and body, I just now have new goals, I WANT MORE MUSCLES! Which means more weight.
I have changed things up her on my little blog. I will always share the food I’m making, it just might not be cookies and cake. I will also share all the cool stuff I do in crossfit and weightlifting and try and share interesting articles and blogs I come across to help inspire others to create and to design their own bodies, in the kitchen and in the gym
